Building Women Survey

Generationally construction is changing - and in this one is for the better. The young women entering the workforce are not encountering the same biases I saw entering the industry. This is in part to a changing demographic with our construction customers. More and more, women are in decision making positions in companies - including construction decision making. I am curious if you are seeing the impact of these changing demographics in your career as well. I put this survey together to capture changing perspectives.
